I wish to bring to the notice of His Excellency the Governor, the position in which Mr. Robert Rienecker, the 2nd Assistant in my Office, is at _ present placed_

Ms. Rienaccker, during my absence on sick leave for 18 months, performed the duties of Colonial Treasurer with ability and integrity and to the entire satisfaction of His Excellency, as shewn by the letters recently written from the Colonial Secretary's Office-"
